Our Quality Assurance department regularly conducts food safety and sanitation audits overseas, reviewing systems and programs, and collecting detailed data to ensure that we source from the safest facilities worldwide. Additionally, we partner with third-party auditors to ensure our products consistently meet and maintain the highest quality standards. With strict sanitation, specification, and food safety protocols in place, we ensure that the processing technologies used by our suppliers are of the highest quality. We also prioritize sourcing from suppliers who follow socially responsible farming and harvesting practices. One of the key advantages of Smart Charlie is our direct communication lines and open door policy with our suppliers. This enables us to anticipate changes in supply levels and product specifications well in advance, giving us a competitive edge over others in the industry.
